 | Funny Story
Well not a funny story if you are me Last night gave Heart Internet 30 days notice to cancel my reseller account. Woke up this morning to find 45 mini sites and 10 full sites deleted off this mortal world, they've only cancelled my account immediately. Everything has gone, all sites were on Joomla and database driven. Forums with hundreds of members gone! months and months of work just gone Looks like I need a bit of court action on this one. All because some idiot didn't read the ticket "30 days" right just about to go off and cry somewhere

I think they are checking now, got the tissues out just incase but doesn't look good.

even a crap hosting company would have some form of backups... you should be fine.

I got backups of the vb forum I run that goes back around 7 days, so should lose around 7 days data. However the joomla sites I never took a backup of. So fingers crossed should find out pretty soon

Must be annoying for them trying to restore all your data only to know once you have it back your going to leave them!  |

too true, I think the motivation of it being even more annoying being taken to court, might convince them to help. I guess partly my fault for not backing up my sites but lesson learnt.

funny story,it's not exactly funny is it,i have had this done to me with a hosting company,when it happened to me they uploaded all my files apart from any that took up to much space like dynamic data driven web sites like php files,hope you can get all your sites back,if not ask for free hosting for twelve months because it will take that long to create these sites again and compensation for being useless. all the best greywing
