WARNING TO ANY ONE WHO RECEIVES THIS ebay message

I have just been sent the message below supposedly from a ebay member

and when it came in i clicked on the item link

it came up with a ebay sign in page but when i looked at the URL it was not Ebays then i put some random letters into the user and password and it then went to the real ebay page

WARNING THIS IS A SCAM

this is the most realistic phishing scam i have come across, even tho i new i had not sold a laptop i thought the person must have got it wrong i have not had a message from ebay for a while and it looked 100% legit ,

have just found this when i typed the user name into google

361jaraldo Ebay email scam | Highena

Item Title: Sony Vaio PCG-VGX Brand New
Item Number: 230188725941

seller 361jaraldo

get lots of these, didn't think anyone would actually fall for it.... but I did once where the scammer copied the ebay sign in template completely and had a sub sub domain called ebay.com and the domain was a loads of mixed letters, didn't notice it until login error.

After that I sent an e-mail to the register and had his domain taken off

That was what this one was like ,the email template contained all the ebay symbols it looked exactly like the real thing as i have just compaired it with some old genuine ones

but when you clicked on the item or the user id it went through to a site that was just a ip address that had ebay at the ending

it was not a secure page, thats when i was sure it was dodgy

I had to send a similarly worded email 2 weeks ago, We won and paid for a childs bike and the bloke double sold it ,then claimed a direct debit went out of his account and wanted to pay us back in installments

ha ha ha

and it must be spammers day as acording to my next email i have JUST recived, I have won the lottery

all i have to do is open the attachment

So shall i or shant i

I get loads of these... All you need to do is hover over the links to see if it is genuine...

Even before this though it only takes common sense to know if it is real or not, I get quite a few saying that the item has not arrived but if its not an item you've sent why bother even reading the email?

Spam city

It's seems to be a week for it I've been getting way more offers of viagra and penis enlargement than I usually do - if you do win the lottery, can we have a party? You can upgrade your chucklebus...

well if you gave your details to them, then contact their domain register straight away, they should take them off pretty quick

Exclamation Avoiding scams !!!

Quite simple, if i recieve one of these messages i come out of my email account and check my actual messages on Ebay then i know for sure that i am on the official site, and i don't need a penis enlarger either lol
