Advise on Debt Recovery Plz

hi

can anyone advise on this issue my friend having plz

my friend and a few friends of his about 20 started a pardner where every week they paid him 50� and then one guy will collect the whole sum then next week same, now one guy get the whole sum and don't wanna pay back and staying he having some problems and if he doesnt like it he can take him to court , he doesn't have the money so the court couldn't do him anything.

my friend dunno what to do , although i advise him to see a sollicitor , he looking for some dramatic solution as he is working but using the money for his house in jamaica instead of paying.

any advise plz welcomed.

he have proof that he took the money on paper though.

I cant pretend to understand you post, however it seems to infer that someone owes your friend money.

Im always partial to a friendly face to face chat with anyone that puts me into the same position.

Is it not possible to sit down and dicuss over a nice Earl Grey?

well he doesn't reply when my friend called, or whenever he go to his house , the cousin who live with him always said he is not home, only way is via sms
