Yes I meant, involves probate, as in the documentation so wondering if that was easier or more difficult or no difference.

FINALLY after the surveyor took a month to get past the tenant, who has now apparantly left and stolen the keys so dont know what's he's stolen... which delayed the sale so buyer needed to get amended mortgage offer, finally, amended mortgage offer was received this morning by fax, one more search and then exchange of contracts, now two to three weeks away before Lee Owen doesn't have to sell domains for at least a month at low prices.

Hint hint, if you like a name, buy it now, you aint getting another chance for a little while. Emphasize little.
