Online LIVE and on Demand TV

Ok guy's a bit of feedback, comments, suggestions and general thoughts please.

I started this project months ago and has slowly taken over my life, bank account and work. After watching many US podcast shows and alike I decide I want a regional online TV station. (I know WTF was I thinking)

I have no real pro skills in Media, just your general commeon sense and IT skills and gave it a go.

I have begged , borrowed and stolen from family, friends, and even AD members to get this to a point where I'm launching on Thursday 4th March. The site still needs content and "On-demand" stuff adding and are going to include the warts and all footage taken with different cameras, lighting, no lighting, etc but think I've now cracked it for future recordings and Live streams.

Like I said a few things arn't set up 100% yet so If things seem obviously wrong they prob are due to be changed before launch.

Hope you get a feel of how it will be and can pass on any feedback from a preview sneak peek and on Thursday when it goes LIVE and has LIVE streaming at 2pm.

Wow! Good job!

Live video streaming is tough. How many users you are planning to have at the same time? If stream is not outsourced, then it’s an epic load on server and network.

Thanks! Live stream is from a streaming specific server and isn't the same as the site so is good to go for LIVE streaming as thats what it's used for.
