Been working in the garden today.

Bit to long in the sun i think whoops

no, factor15 on all weekend.

Got some nice cyclist tan lines though!

Been quite a bit with my kids over the weekend and my arms are brown with my neck actually peeling

I now have 3 kids with red faces

they had sun cream on with factor 40 but they was playing with water pistols so maybe washed it off ?

Yes,

I have been working in the garden too, building a workshop.

Unfortunately did not protect my baldy head well enough !

It has gone all blotchy now and is sore as hell.

i always get burned down my right arm where im out in the van with the window open and my arm resting on the door, might have to get a left hand drive van to even things up abit

boxerdog - don't you have air-con in your van? If not, ask your boss for one with it (unless you are the boss) and then when they complain about the cost, hit them with summut worrying like "imagine how many days off I'll need to have with serious sunburn". Nothing like using bribery against them... lol

Btw, for anyone going red, remember that the burning carries on afterwards so when you see yourself as being red now it'll be much worse in 2 hours as your body tries to heal the damage....and much more painful.

Trev - using factor 50 to stop myself going red.
