drill a hole in your fuel tank and pressurise it, the fuel cap is the weakest link and will just pop off at around 100 BarG and when your car lands back on the ground you're sorted

probs petrol working its way into the lock over time and drying it out till it seized a little bit of 3in1 over the works wonders if caught in time

Yes almost all sorted now people.

New replacement cover £15-£35 so not too bad, and I didn't manage to break anything else but the cap.

I'll always fill up now with half a tank, just incase!
