This is doing my head in!

Since yesterday my Outlook is showing text in mini mode. I have to change the font size to 72 just to be able to see it and then change it back before I send. Does anyone know why this might be cos it's driving me crazy!!

does holding down ctrl and zooming out with the mouse wheel sort it?
