Anyone use Yahoo Messenger on iPhone?

I'm using this with great success, but when I go to a Yahoo voice call from the app during a chat, I can't get back to the text chat part of the app. I'm speaking to someone who doesn't speak English too well, and sometimes I need to be able to type a word. Seems like no can do. Anyone?

In fact, today I had to reboot the iPhone just to hang up the damn call.

Dale, you must me making too much money. I can't afford an iphone, my nokia 2610 still does the job of making phone calls

Fair point mate. I do have to say that I haven't had to fire up the laptop in my bedroom since I've been using iPhone 4. Things have moved on a bit since the 2610

Can't recommend it highly enough really. Don't be stingey - grab one and let the tax man pay for it

Probably wouldnt have this problem with a Blackberry......

i use yahoo messanger on android, it does the job pretty well.
i also do so much on my desire hd now, i gave my netbook to my daughter
