You could always list a few on domainlore and let the market value them. If your not getting the prices you want doing that then start to put some time into developing a site to list them

Anyone know any domainers who will look and value 1000 individual domains? I don't think I've got the time/skills to sell many at a time, and transfers etc can be a right pain lol.

Rating them 1 to 5 seems like a good idea though, I might give that ago.

Do you only have them saved by those 2 columns? If you can break them up it might be a bit easier for potential buyers to find domains they like - in that list you have Some really good domains, some really crap ones, some nsfw ones, some me.uk, some .org.uk, some real extensions, some 3 letter domains and some trademark infringements.

As a domain buyer I have no interest in nsfw, trademarks or me.uk - but I need to trawl through 850 domains to find ones I might want to look at. Whenever I get sent big unsortable lists I tend to just skim over it, or don't bother at all. Maybe thats just me being more lazy than everyone else, I'm not sure
