nice read this thread, i'm also getting back on the bike after an absence of 15 years plus! ok so rugby got completely in the way but associated behaviours have added to the addition of more than a lb or 2

so needs some attention and focus to get fitter

OrchardApple #1 on the way early 2012 so another deciding factor about addressing the stationary lifestyle i currently have with working away etc.

Just in the process of deciding which bike i'm getting before hitting the roads early jan with a group of others as we've signed up for a few charity/social road rides throughout 2012, should a good experience with a fitness benefit.
