Anyone using this or has an opinion? Seems to good to be true.

Thought at first the network must be naff but they run on O2!

I have been using them for a while now and had no problem. Really cheap compared to my 02 contract i was on. The site was down for a day earlier in the month but i got feedback via twitter and it was soon resolved. Ideal for £5 unlimited texts which is the package i will use for my eldest son when he gets a phone for xmas. As i use giffgaff too i got £5 referal credit when registering a sim for him too. Calls to/from giffgaff are free too. Logging in can be letter/comma sensitive - pleased so far

I have not tried the service myself yet, but I believe it is generally well-regarded. The basic premise is that users do the support through an online community, allowing them to save costs and offer more competitive tariffs.

me, wife & 2 kids are on it and have been for over a year. MASSIVE saving over what we were on before. The £10 a month goody bag includes 250 minutes, unlimited text and unlimited internet. and they really mean UNLIMITED, not subject to an AUP in the small print...

You've probably got other links, but if you order from a giff gaff member's link, then

1. you get a SIM that when you activate with £10, it gives you £5 on top for free (it used to - I can't see this anywhere when I look through their site now)

2. The existing member gets 500 payback points, which get converted to £5 credit at some point in the next 5 or 6 months

Yep, using them here, no problems to report, never spend more than £10/month, only minor inconvenience is remembering to login and buy the £10 goodybag each month as they don't have an automated setup for renewing that yet (like they do the standard credit).

I also use them, they are brilliant. I get the £10 pack each month and never go over it. Considering I used to be paying £20-30/mo I'm really happy with it!
