I was getting 30-40 with Virgin last year, now on Sky/BT back down to 7-8.

I get just over 1Mbps down and 500Kbps up. Best I can do living in the middle of nowhere. Neighbors on Plus.net get 0.6Mbps down and 150Kbps up
