iPad video convertor

Can anyone suggest a (free) video converter to put DVDs and Divx movies onto an iPad?

If anyone can suggest some iPad apps too.

Why are you using an app when your on a huge ipad?

As for watching videos, apple now lets you watch your own and has several apps in the app store.

Try 'Good Player'

Added, just saw there is one called flex player which is free??

I have an iPad2 but can't seem to work out how to move the cursor through any post I write in the composition phase. I tried ForumRunner and TapaTalk this morning and both programs reported that Acorn wasn't responding to them...

Do you mean when you keep your finger pressed and push up slightly it doesn't scroll through?

Caz, it's okay if the text fits in the edit window, but if it's larger, I can't scroll up and down inside the window. The whole page scrolls

You will have to type it in notepad and paste it once you've edited it then.
