drop span on .coms

As title says, can anyone point me in the right direction on the drop span on .coms

I find it is around 8pm UK time for .com, but can be a little either side.
Tried to find my bookmark for the link which covers time spans for .com / .net / .org but it's disappeared from my favourites - bah !

Edit:
1) I type slowly on a smartphone.
2) I should read the o/p's question properly.
