On the dole - 5m

How the hell are they not bankrupt?

I do my best trying to keep exports of Rioja flowing this way, and I just bought a new Seat Alhambra, but other than that, what's keeping their heads above water? It isn't FagEnd...

I've seen villas that were selling 5 years ago for �5m trying to get �1.5m now...I bet some could be had for well under a �1m - it'd be a good time to have a lot of cash.

and official figure are always massaged to look good!

literally cant get any worse
some amazing properties can be bought sub 100k

the other way to look at it are uk property prices have been wildy, wildy overpriced, well.... forever. when you lok at rest of europe and what you're getting
main reason our planning laws are insane

this one way of looking at it....or you could also think...well migrants pass through the rest of Europe by 100's of thousands a month for the UK so whatever the Spanish are paying in benefits cannot be that great

also remember that we have a greater unemployment rate than is advertised..remember we have Jobseekers ,Incapacity Benefit and employment allowance also foreign nationals have a different benefit...just to fudge the statistics
