Finding out who the previous owner was

Hi!

Does anyone know if there is a way to find out who the previous owner of a co.uk was before it either a) changed hands or b) dropped?

Yes i did that. Found out it there was a Sedo page.

Does this person's details look familiar to anyone?

"Country of origin:
Netherlands
Value added Tax (VAT) status:
VAT Applicable
Sedo community member since:
February 2005"

So there are actually no tools out there or services to do this? Just good old fashioned detective work?

It's a bit hit and miss but who.is have some historical whois data so they may be worth a try.

You can retain certain copyright material for certain uses, see:
