Ok laugh all you like, But i am new to this domain lark. Meta tags what are thay, how do they work, how do i get them ect All my names are parked with namedrive will adding a meta tag improve my earnings ect

Please help a stupid newbie

You will only be able to use Meta tags if you are forwarding from your registar, or if your registar allows forwarding with meta tags (123-Reg Does). Namedrive don't allow you to modify the Meta tags on the parked page.

This only really helps if you have a lot of link based traffic from search engines.....this type of traffic tends to die over time in any case. You will slowly loose whatever pagerank you had...I think this is due to the lack of SE friendly content on a parking page.

Google doesn't like parking pages, so it takes away page ranks because of this.

I have found meta tags of little use when using parking pages, or redirects. Personally it's a waste of time using them for domains. Websites, well thats a different matter.

Yes, I agree with this...if you are only going to park domains...I wouldn't worry too much about it.
