Comments? Are they reliable? Who runs the site?

No replies to emails, ages to authorize domains, does anyone know what is going on with them?

I have to say, I've been using them since about April 2008 and although I have heard various complaints about them, I have experienced no problems whatsoever, apart from the odd delay on payment, which I beleive is caused by their upstream supplier not making payments to them.

The one and only support ticket I raised a week or so ago, generated a reply and an immediate result within a day.

Before joining them, I did check them out with Companies House in the UK to see if they were legit. They are an officially registered UK business:

I also know that the main person dealing with support (Kate, I believe) was away on pregnancy leave until relatively recently.
