It is all down to the service.
Do they offer phone support? chat support?
It is important that you can get through to them if you ever have any issues.
But it is a very good price.

worse than that, allowing for credit/debit card transaction fees, they are actually selling at a loss.

Just had a look through their terms and conditions and found this:
Which suggests that the registrant will have to pay nominet direct for the renewal at £80!

Want to change the contact details for the domain? Thats £20+VAT please...

Try to transfer a domain from these guys :)

Telivo are sharks. Just try to transfer a domain name away from them. They dont respond to the transfer email requests, they even turned off our domain when a transfer request was pending. Granted they gave us the EPP code, but then subsequently didn't respond to the email request. We have had to resort to a forced transfer requiring stacks of documentation, faxes etc etc.

HARD WORK! Dont use them if you value your time!

Telivo are the best for uk domain names i have been using them for over 3 years and never had an issue, the renewal prices are the same price as what you bought them for originaly, granted you get a letter from nominet to say you need to renew at £80+ but just log into your telivo account and pay £5.88 again for another two years, and your done. ;)

Ive been using telivo for a fair few years now as well and have never had any problems (so far). Renewals are just the same price as reg fee.
