    hi all,

    nice to c a good uk based forum.

    hope to read this stuff and learn loads.

    also would love to meet up with others.

    will keep an eye on the events section.

    anyone else from birmingham or nearby ?

    Hi Brum welcome to the forum, yes I'm originally from Birmingham slowly (and I mean slowly) heading south. 4 moves south (in 30 years+) and almost got as far as Worcester. At this rate by the time I get to cornwall I'll be 780 !

    There are a handfull of us from Worcester so not too far away depending on what part of Birmingham you are from. There was a planned get to gether in Birmingham a few months ago but nothing seemed to have come of it so had to go to the Manchester one.

    I know Hall Green, was reasonably close on new years day visiting Mother in law (wife's from shirley).

    I'm all for meeting up (manchester was good but getting home at 1am to be at work for 7am next morning wasn't so good). I'll see what I can do

    Yes, Coventry Universty is still there. Supposed to be one of the best Unis for degrees relating to Car Design and manufacture.
