They're probably worth around 1% of a .co.uk, I think there's only been a handful of sales in the 4 figure range and they were domains that would be 6 or 7 figures if they were .co.uk

I think they look good on google ads and when they're all gone you would definitely spend £1k on getting one.

    I'm just developing consolidate.me.uk

The best ones (apart from obvious one-word generics) are when the me means something i.e. help me etc

i think 1% is a bit harsh Grant - I think more like 2%.

I obviusly depends completely on the name and if it has any seo etc.

But i'll tel you this: 3 years a go there were nearly no significant .me.uk sales this year there are few going over the ££££ mark which shows that there is potential for the right names.

    Brand

You must have a .co.uk for building a brand.....a brand can be any anything....one can find a brand name unregistered.

    Hi Steve66,

I dont think you can make a comparison - based on the .me.uk in relation to the .co.uk.

As people cannot compare a price of a .co.uk to a .com.

I think its worth developing and then flipping it quick. I would not even go the sitepoint, forum route, rather the direct route to mortgage companies ( smaller ones )

Its a strong keyword and i wish you the best with it

if its seo only then .co.uk is no better than .me.uk or .org.uk

there all the same, just matters if you want to make a brand
