Was wondering what people thought of this name? Would appreciate your thoughts and valuation.

Generally I really don't like domains with numbers in them. Even 2 character domains. But I like this because it's a nice time (home time for kids) plus it's mp3 backwards (not sure why this is good but I like it :))

I think that a site around school finishing time might be a nice idea.
Maybe something for parents to visit for evening activity ideas, or for a kids learning site... not too sure

But I think that 3pm as a time domain is a good one and memorable (not as good as, but in the same way as 9am)

What do you think? In terms of domain appraisal and site ideas?

    Thx

Forget the school idea, its a non starter.

Build it round a football site - what with 3pm being the Sat kick off time.

Wow - that's a great idea! But where to start? And the site features?
Does anyone want to build this site for me :) LOL
I'm offering an 80:20 profit split in your favour for the next 5 years ;)

(Firestars what are your thoughts on domain value as it is?)

I think the football site idea is the best. It is easy to remember and type so that is a big plus if you develop a site.

On the domain alone I wouldn't say it was that valuable. A sale on here might make £50, a bit more if you're lucky. Just my thoughts. The problem is it doesn't have obvious appeal to a domain name trader so a sale isn't the best way to realise value for what is a nice short and memorable domain. Good luck.

As a domain, its not a bad one. Id like it in my stable.

Done correctly, it could prove a popular site because its short and memorable and relevent to its subject.

Fans are always moaning about not playing football at 3pm these days because of sky, how about kicking off a campaign to have games reinstated to the traditional time?

Get people signing up to a petition on the site, get some backlinks and then overnight, change the whole site to a forum with affiliate links.

Yep this one wasn't a reg fee one for me so selling at £50 isn't an option :???: I think you're right about developing to realise the potential

I'll definitely look into this. Thanks.
I haven't been following football for a couple of years and so will have to get back to it. When you first posted, one of my thoughts was, what happens if the start time changes across the board to 2pm for example... but I'll definitely look into the issue with time change and maybe put a petition on there - really good advice. thanks

lol... Thanks for your unfiltered honesty !

Look I have excuses ok - kinda.
I live overseas where football is soccer and The FA means FA!
How am I supposed to know that they are changing the kick off times?

Can anyone else take a stab at appraising the domain?
    Or comment on potential use?
More opinions would be really useful.

    Hi woopwoop :D

I like it, but I think as the others have said for more value, it needs some development for sure - I like both ideas, the school and footy one. :)

I think there's a lot of value thesedays in 'after-school' clubs, activities, sites for younger people/children (e.g. where parents are at work still, etc), so you may be able to develop around that too.

As for flipping the domain over just as the name, I think you could realistically get between £100-£150 for it, depending on the final selling venue (here would be less, Sedo on auction perhaps more). If you go to Sedo auction on an offer, make sure you enter a decent and persuasive description. :)

    Good luck.
