So anyone know why they are down again?

Twice in a month isn't good enough and not great when you have £xx'xxx in jobs waiting to come off and a proof image isn't available to view or the emails are down. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Get it together people, or I can feel a full refund coming along and shipping out!

    :-x

Not being funny, but if you have £xx,xxx jobs, then why are relying on £99/year hosting?

    Hi JeeWhiz

I was waiting for that post before i even submitted it. :D

I use there service and a few others (which before this month has been fantastic!) for visuals and hosting of sites before the actually build and launch.

My point was it just had to happen the week I had a few jobs on and clients will be viewing the visuals and using the email service i set up for them.

You can't always say I won't put it on that server as it might go down, because all servers go down at some point. (although now i will think twice)

    Back up now anyways :)

If they host in maidenhead there are some issues in the NOC, not sure where they are, but if they are in the Docklands its no excuse.

Check with the NOC they had random issues between midnight and 5am, electrical issues as far as I know.

So some of the hosts are having FSCK issues and system restarts coz of it.

Could be asking for trouble by saying this but none of our Bluesquare servers went down and nobody's chatting about power issues on the hosting forum I'm on.

Edit: I just contacted BlueSquare, they tell me it was a connectivity issue between them and telehouse, and it affected whole NOC.

Seems like your on the wrong hosting forums :p

I just got off the phone to BlueSquare and they confirmed it wasnt Electrical but a connectivity issue that effected the noc.

Ah, but there are many providers using BlueSquare's DC space, electrical would generally impact the whole DC floor (or segments of it), connectivity I guess it's down to who's connectivity the provider is using as there are multiple providers delivering service to the DC
