    Just read:

    Disputes

On the 21st May 2007 I was advised by Nominet that my then website “deleting.co.uk” which had been online since August 2003 was in “breach of the DAC Standard Terms and Conditions”. Over the course of the rest of that year my solicitors (Bell Dening) wrote back to Nominet five times to try and resolve this matter.

I provided Nominet on two separate occasions written undertakings that I had destroyed “ALL data acquired whilst lawfully contracted to use the Domain Availability Checker (DAC)” and that I would “comply with the DAC terms and conditions moving forwards” which was sent on the 6th December 2007.

I have not received a reply from Nominet about this matter since the 12th September 2007.

How do you feel about that, and if you were on the nom board would you get in touch with yourself :) ?

I fully support Andrew's standing. If you know me and my business and are undecided or think perhaps that your vote won't count - do yourself a favour and mark Andrew's cross. I don't know who the other candidates are yet, but Andrew or RS (should he stand) are both exceptional candidates.

Please don't ask me who RS is at this time.

Thanks for the kind words Dale and the tweet.

Could do with a few more @whois_search tweets if anyone is on there....

One week to go until voting starts (10th June), please could you contact every Nominet member you know & ask them to vote for me? Or just remind them to actually vote!

Any help & support would be much appreciated!
