So, I regged LowFare.me.uk after seeing this sale:

    LowFare.com $365,000 2008-11-12

The question is, is my humble .me.uk worth anything? Or will I have to take the pain of another £6.09 loss ...

    Thanks

I haven't looked but is the term "lowfareme" available in .com /and or co.uk - which will tell you everything you need to know

But .me is part of the extension, not a keyword, so why would it matter? Maybe I'm missing something.

As for the domain itself, I quite like it but it depends on whether you can draw in those interested in .me.uk domains, as it seems to be a somewhat limited pool.

Fair comment - But as a pure domain sp***lator,
I'm amazed at the 'development' talk at Acorn that seems to move straight to domain value alone - they are worlds apart.

If i was just after traffic @ good cost -I'd take "low-fare.me" at 123-regs promo rate of £6.66 for 12 months

Even though this is the .me.uk extension, I still feel the name itself is very brandable. The .me.uk helps to say "low fare for me", i.e. helps to convey value to the user.

    Rgds
