    Hi

Ok, thanks for letting us know, your probably best off quoting the figures from the google keyword tool and changing the settings to the UK only. The figures from valuate seem to be from google.com which is the US version of google and not the UK, so its not giving accurate details for a .co.uk domain.

Hi you quoted your google keywords results wrong, they should be :

    Broad
    1,220,000 global 74,000 local

    Exact
    18,100 Global 1,300 local

It's 1,300 local exact (which is what people generally are expecting to be quoted). Though clearly this name isn't really about the exact match potential of the word "approval", so it's fairly irrelevant I guess.

Yes, i would say the number of searches are irrelevant for most one word domain names. Its the quality of the word and the potential it has to be developed that should be taken in to consideration when valuing it.

Any advance on 11k? This could easily go to £100k+

My BIN is only £40k for a deal on Acorn.

100k+ ? Which other similar UK domains have sold for that amount recently?

Mark I used the word "could". Domains like approval, are generic one word domains and you know as well as I do that they don't come up for sale often so doing any stats or comparisons is tough. However look at the sale of domains such as taste.co.uk that have generated over £100k in the past. So there is no reason to think we could not achieve the same.

Approval is also perfect for subdomains. Consider:

    loan.approval.co.uk
    mortgage.approval.co.uk

Nice name, I've got a few ideas for this, have tried to message you but your box is full, guess all the offers have filled it up :)

Seems by searching Acorns you have been trying to sell this since at least 2006, message me if you want to talk.

    Thanks

    Scott

    Hi Scott

Yep too many PM's have now deleted a few and mailed you.

Yep, as you can tell, I don't really need to sell it. :)
