It's not quite a rollback, but pretty close.

Most of my websites rolledback to what they were. The rest haven't moved. If it is an update then something pretty drastic has happened to the PR algo.

As far as I was aware there have only been two updates this year. One in January and one more recently. Whatever happened last night seems to be a rollback.

Although you mentioned an update in March - I have certainly seen my PR changing on more of a real-time basis.

Across 4,000 domains I see this as a rollback too with the very odd exception.

You are correct, January was the first, the March record I refered to was the last time I ran a check so those results would have been from the january update. I ran a check today over 2000+ domains and noticed quite a few had changed, some going back to jans update from the update a few weeks ago and some gaining PR. I have an extra 52 domains that have gained page rank today from having no page rank at all (ever).

What are you using to monitor 2,000 domain in this?

I use parameter. You have to do it a few hundred at a time so you dont get blocked by Google.

    My http://www.hitler.co.uk site magic'ed a PR1 but is now PR0 again.

It would have been the quickest PR update on a site I had seen. Sad really!

I have noticed on a roll back few of my sites and also a few that increased on the last update have stayed increased.

The only other thing I noticed was all the internal pages / directories that gained pr have kept it with this pr with the lastest update.

What is the difference between a PR rollback and a PR update? My PR for my site was previously 3, then it went down to zero, then it went up to 2. Now i am confused since i did not do any major change in my website when it dropped to zero.
