    Hi all

We're looking for some great Product Managers to help take 123-reg and Webfusion to the next level.

As someone who lurks in the forums from time to time, I understand the issues some of you have with the large range of services we offer.

As we are going through an exciting stage of growth with the business, there's a number of roles on offer for both senior and junior product managers where you can help shape and influence 123-reg and Webfusion.

We always aim to do better but we need your help too.

We're looking for smart, knowledgable, business-minded experts who can help create a more user-friendly environment for our customers, more attractive and innovated products to offer, and really take control of the product to get involved in every aspect of our business. You've used our service and other services... wouldn't you like to take your ideas and make them a reality? This is your chance. I wanted to come directly to you to see if anybody out there has what it takes to help bring 123-reg to the next level.

You can find full details on Monster: Product Manager -- Senior and junior product managers
Feel free to send your CVs, gripes, or any other questions to me at leslie.bunder@webfusion.com.

I hope to hear from you!

well i was on the phone to a number of your clowns today
the line manager seemed reasonably clued up but still no email as promised
coco and crusty still continue to speak nonsense with the customer support tickets

trisha and lucian worthy of note

please advise anyone applying to bring their cv and a red nose and a car where the exhaust keeps dropping off to join the team

    123 is a joke outfit

and btw everyone, 123 now owns heart
so expect them to destroy that

New product’s from 123 Will they be run along the same lines as existing,, With lousy customer care…. Raising tickets with the odds of solution being the same as lottery.. The never ending phone calls…. The classic send a fax…

They are a perfect blueprint of how not to run customer care…
Try a problem with five of your competitors see which Answer’s the quickest, Offer a solution , Remedies the problem...

As juggling, filling up your squirting flower, custard pie's are part of the existing training program….Maybe acrobatics, buckets of confetti, exploding car lessons, should be included to up the repotire...
