Has anyone got a copy of the hearing of Emily Taylor's successful claim against Nominet, I've still not got my copy yet? The Reading Tribunal office confirmed there is only the remedy hearing to be sorted now.

Also, given that the decision was from 1st August, will we now see this years annual accounts include the FRS 12 disclosures that have been held back for some years due to a dispute?

No. I wasn't aware that Emily Taylor had successfully claimed against Nominet. How do you know that she has? Also do you know why you have not received a copy of the claim?

I don't know. What did Nominet say when you asked them?

Reading tribunal office confirmed it to me.

Delay in the post. Public documents only cost £10.

I never asked them for anything, I doubt there would be anything to prompt me to call Nominet!

So have you since received your copy? If not I suppose you could consider driving to the office to collect it in person or organising a motorcycle courier to pick it up and perhaps sharing that cost with other interested parties.

That depends how much you're interested in finding out the answer, because Nominet aren't likely to call you or I. Realistically I suspect you're probably by far the most interested out of everyone on here. Email is an obvious alternative to picking up the phone to them.

    Hilarious!

You might be right my little island dwelling friend!

The fact remains that Emily has proven her claim against Nominet, but you've sung their praises so often, I'd suspect no one here will care one iota for your opinion anyway, so it's probably for the best you sit on the side lines then!

I wonder how much money she'll get?
