    Hello!

As you can probably tell as I'm posting in this section, I'm new to this forum and have recently become addicted to domaining. I'd heard a lot about it from various industry peers and figured it was time to join up.

My name is Richard and I work for a media agency in London as an SEO, though I live in Glasgow. I've been doing SEO for over 6 years now. I bought a few domains a while back with the intention of building affiliate sites and for testing purposes but have been fairly slack with getting anything moving. I've sold 2 domains on Domain Lore so far but for low value.

I've tripled my domain count in the last month and now have about 31 domains, mostly through drop catching. As a novice in the domain game though, I've found it difficult to shift some of them or really know what to do with them.

I guess my worst domain has to be hptabletpc.co.uk given recent events with HP and also for registering a branded domain. My first ever affiliate site got slapped with a C&D due to branding and I obviously learnt my lesson the hard way.

Perhaps not the best domain in the traditional sense, but I love myballs.co.uk.

I'm in the process of creating my own personal site, on which I'll list my domains, though I've also got a list on my profile. Some I have plans for but would happily listen to offers.

    Cheers,

    Richard

Welcome Richard, SEO is always a good trait to bring to the domain game. Little money is made from domains alone in my opinion (for the majority anyway, there's a few on here who do make decent bank from just domains). The real money comes from using those domains in combination with your other knowledge to make successful online properties.

Yep, I realise that, it's a lack of time that's stopped me developing before selling. Also went a bit crazy recently while I should really be saving my money, so wanted to make a quick return on some :)

Easy enough to figure out my Twitter from a whois on any domain ;) For ease though, this is me:
