I have a domain that was caught for me yesterday by domain monster (first time I've caught using them), but so far haven't heard a peep from them - no email, and it's not in my account (but my name is on the whois).

I've noticed that their failure emails take a day or two to come through, so are they just a bit slow all around? Or is this something I need to get in touch with them about?

it's usually any time up to 24 hours when they've caught for me, before I see it in my account and can do a tag change.

Ok cheers. It dropped yesterday, but I have no idea what time it was caught so I guess it could still be less than 24 hours. I'll just wait and see...

You could always phone them to confirm. I've found DM to be very helpful.

Cheers. Yeah I actually emailed them about it a few days ago and they very quickly resolved it.

Probably should have updated the thread when they did, my bad..
