Which logo below do you think represents a site that's for parents and families to find details about events, news, halloween/Christmas/party ideas... etc..

My brief was fun yet professional. Strong memorable branding that illuminates the URL.

I have my favorite but I'm keen to get other opinions (I've had hundreds so far and a mixed bag).

I'm thinking of using the final logo to go with a WP theme like this.

**I'm trying to keep the website name out of the serps for now, so please don't mention it in this thread**

#9 and #10 are the same by mistake, I think he submitted a second version!

Number 1 would be my Fav and most professional but fun at the same time, the others imo don't scream at me

I think 1 is the best. 8 also looks OK but the colours are a bit dull.

I'd say my first choice would be #1, second choice #8 with some colour changes.

#1 and #7 would be my favourites. However, I don't think you've got a logo yet, you've just got a coloured typeface. A true logo would incorporate more graphics/drawing.

Number 1 without doubt, but would recommend the use of a 'correct' "s", as many won't understand the joined up writing!

Did you design them, or use somewhere like 99designs?

This is only a small version as a sample. let me know if you need any changes.

I think you should have told the designers that before they started.

That theme, layout wise, is going to suit the logo all being in one line. Otherwise you're going to have too much wasted space around it.

As others have said #1 is really nice, #14 is good but would use different colours.

Giving advice on logos now, you slay me

Or you could spend 15 seconds moving the menu slightly to the left

7 and 13.

It's hard to choose, because although we can assume a subject there is no context of the demographic that you would be marketing to.

Thanks for so many replies.

My fave was #1 for the longest time but it reminds me of a logo I cannot remember! The design looks good but the cursive font makes me think it doesn't get to the point quick enough...

Here are my top 4 favourites so far:

#3 has really started to grow on me. Does anyone here like that one or can see it working. The theme I gave was more of an example of sections or layout - its color and layout can be modified.

#7 started to remind me of a coupon site with the tld in the box, # has been growing on me, while #1 and I have grown apart...

Maybe I'll try some screenshots with the logo in place.

Thanks for comments.
