Toying with the idea of selling this site as i look to thin my portfolio a little.

www.bl3.co.uk - Its a UK Website Directory, with a complementary blog.

Its a relatively new site that i started working on in Feb this year. It owes me around £300 as i invested in a custom (and unique) skin, logo and a sponsored template.

Since the site was completed ~ 6 weeks ago, i've sold links totalling £19.95.

When the developed site has aged a little i expect the site to rank top 5 for the phrase UK website directory, for evidence of this you can see the following allinanchor results in Google.... http://www.google.co.uk/search?clie...Uk+website+directory&meta=&btnG=Google+Search

I'm tentatively offering this at £500, please PM me any offers or with any questions.

    Thanks

    Ash

Bingo and there is a strong correlation between allinanchor results and the normal serp results.

When the links have aged a little, i expect the site to rank top 5 for that term.

I realised that after I asked that.

Would be too cheap if that was the case and I'd never noticed the bl3 blog.
