Heart Internet Hosting Problem

I have a domain which has hosting with Heart Internet.

I have uploaded pages to the site, they are all currently displaying an error message. This is taken from the home page:#

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

I have googled the problem and it may have something to do with the servers. Should i just contact Heart Internet?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Do you have a .htaccess file in the folder? What's in it?

If your paying them for support, then that would be the logical route to take.

Yes. I have uploaded a CMS to the root folder.

The hosting is through a reseller and i am struggling to get hold of him...

If your contract is with a reseller, then I would be very surprised if Heart would help you as they have no contract with you and no proof that you are entitiled to access / modify your account.
