Am considering reseller account with Heart. Have read a bit of negative about them saying they have gone downhill over last few months.

I believe there are a few people here who are with them. Are you still happy with them? If not why?

Have been with them for a few months now, never had any problems.

Signed up for home professional account but now being told that to use my hosting I need to change the IPS TAG over to them? That isn't how I read the information on tehir website.

Can anybody confirm whether it is only the reseller account (costing �30) on which you can keep names on your own TAG?

Dont need to change to their tag. Just use "domain references".

Once you have added the domain as a reference you will be able to add a hosting package to it.
