Exclamation Krystal emails bouncing

Any one using 77 72 0 130 with krystal? if so are you getting bounce backs saying it's on a blacklist?

Tried sending to a lot of different servers and get the same response.

Is it my static home IP or the mail server I.P which is the problem?

I have had bounce backs so thats why I knew and can resend.

I reg co.uk and .org.uk or .com's for clients now and have on most PC's for them set 2 accounts just in case Krystals email went down totally.

One in UK (krystal) and one in USA (bluehost) worked well for me today and got me emails out I needed and still looked professional enough with using my company URL. Just sent under .com instead of .co.uk

I do have clients who haven't an alternative and is going to be a nightmare in Morning if not sorted.

I could have set them up using their ISP's outgoing instead as some ISP's insist on doing this to control traffic.

Hope they can sort this............anyone else ? I'll feel better if it's not just us 2

Is there a tool that will show you when your redirects are not working? Its a right pain because you find out when its to late...

Looks like a user has been SPAMMING (as all hosting companies get) and have been dealt with by removal and banning.

All SPAM listings for Exploitable Servers have been notified and now removed.

All but one .us.sorbs.net/ which will effect a lot of other companies dealing with getting de-listed too as SORBS are shutting down and every day will be a Friday if you get my drift NO RUSH!

Hope SORBS can act quick for Krystal and get the I.P. removed.

Thanks Simon (krystal support) for your email!

Godaddy has had the same problem for years, all it takes is one idiot spammer and the entire email server is blacklisted, happens all the time I'm afraid.

Does anyone know if the rejecting email servers checks the blacklist everytime it gets an email or does it re-check again in say 4 hours to see if it's ok?

Thumbs up Now removed

Simon has just confirmed they are now removed from SORB and things are back to normal.

It seems that it is a quickprocess to get removed but didn't help with the fact SORB is shutting down possibly soon but companies or ISP's are still using them to check against.

This delayed the action to remove the mark against Krystals Mail server.

Thanks Again Simon for you Weekend/Sunday support!
