In UK what is the best reseller provider?

Hello there!
Actually I'm from United sates but I need good reseller account in the UK.
I know some form there 1and1 but I'm not sure if they do quality reseller hosting.
In other hand I have innohosting.com which I used and was satisfied with the quality they delivered to me. But I used their US hosting (shared not reseller).
What can you say about tried UK and reseller hosting?
Perhaps someone can suggest something the same good but at lower price?

Do you actually need reseller hosting or do you just want to host lots of websites?
