just checked the external website checker and it confirmed all my domains hosting by krystal are down....once again

Ive noticed hosting down and slow hosting for the last month or so, I hope this gets fixed soon!

Status page is always first port of call for me, and should be updated asap, which it was. Nice to see they reply to the comments too. Not great anytime but Friday morning I can do without client calls.  |

Just out of interest and honestly who has had a host where at some or any point email or hosting have NOT gone down EVER. I also notice "99.9% up time" guaranteed from some hosting companies and that is still 9ish hours been down a year.  |

I am a big fan of Krystal hosting, but I have noticed recently slow loading of sites and or down time, which used to be a real rarity!

Yes I'm also a big fan of Krystal. I find downtime is normally minimal. On occasion I have also had a slowdown on some sites but others on different Krystal servers have been fine. Maybe the slowdown has come to a head on this server and caused this issue today. I must admit first thing I used to do was have a moan on here when I had a problem, not putting them in a good light, but now I contact Tom at Krystal who is always very helpful. It's a shame but I suppose it is to be expected that you only seem to see posts about when Krystal are down and not when for the most of the time are running properly, or about the excellent customer service.
