How do I create a links page?

Hello all.

I'm starting to build a few sites and I would like to be able to update 1 file on one website with my sites.

I would then like to have a standard links page on my sites which grabs the content of the 1 file.

So basically all my sites are linking to each other via a links page - I only have to update the 1 file.

Does this make sense and does anyone know how to do it?

Cheers

Mally

You wont believe how easy it is, but here goes.

Be warned though, I would not use it on any site you are actually thinking of developing right now or are currently running.

But if you do own a ton of domains and you wish to get links galore, its for you, whether google shows them or not is another matter

Create your single HTML page with links on, can be as plain or as fancy as you wish.

Then on each site put a php file on, with this line in the body.

<?php include "HTTP://www.MYSITE.co.uk/YOURFILENAME.html"; ?>

Can't decide if I have done right or wrong posting this lol

Alternatively, as you may not want to link all sites to all others, you could always have a simple database with a link and a category and have something like Domain Names, Shared Web Hosting and Site Design Tools - MyDomain so you can get a filtered links list.

Using a php redirect script is a possibility, see:
