hello all,
Yes im brand new to the domain racket and im hoping to learn loads.
Im a lazy so an so by nature but i want to make money, i heard about sedo
domain names and i like the ideas put forward but at the same time i want to keep mistakes to the minimum.
Now heres the big question, can anyone start me in the right direction, where do i start?
By the way im from west bromwich (the home of football) lol, any suggestions most welcome.

Welcome, well you can start by reading - the same questions are asked again and again on a forum like this so read back old posts and ask more specific questions when you narrow some down.

And there I was thinking that Sheffield was the home of football given that Sheffield City FC was the first football club in the world.

http://webwhois.nic.uk/cgi-bin/whois...cksearch.co.uk , use Nom's direct whois to prevent sniffing and to get accurate results.

Laziness will just result in a big pile of rubbish domains that will not be sold so put the effort in! Likewise domaining is not a racket

New Domainers Golden Rules:

1 - dont spend a penny
2 - read as much about domaining on forums as possible
3 - ignore advice/hype/deals from those who own crap names
4 - if it is a system or too good to be true ignore it.
5 - then reg/buy your first domain.

As for supporting west brom... you are beyond help
