Hi,

I just yesterday happend upon this forum. I've not got any experience in trading domains but have had a few for sale on sedo for a few months now (with no interest!!).

Don't know what my best and worse are but only have 5 so will list them in order of what I think are best to worst:

1. budget-planner (.co.uk)
2. solicitorsnationwide (.co.uk)
3. housebug (.co.uk)
4. parkupgofly (.co.uk & .com)

Let me know what you think of these and if any have any real value. Budget-planner is a fully developed site and I'm in the process of adding amazon affilate products and adsense to housebug.

Welcome to the forum. People here tend to get most excited by generic domains where the domain is just the one or two keyword phrase matching a popular (and profitable) Google search. DomainPrices.co.uk is a great resource to help you get started. My own site WebRef.eu also has some useful resources.

yes sedo is a bit of an abyss,i would build mini sites that should at least pay for the reg fee,sedo parking commission has finished,i would say the solicitors site has the most promise and i would put a directory on that.

Thanks for your replies.

A couple of people have now mentioned adding a directory which is what I originally intended for the domain as I co-own a manchester solicitors directory site also.

Just need to find the time now...
