1&1 and Arvato

I have experienced 3 years of problems with 1 & 1, who have failed to respond in any adequate way to complaints about my inability to access my own site. I could not, as consequence, edit my site or change my credit card details on site when I changed my card. I sent them details of the new card, but they activated Arvato Finance, a debt-collecting agency, who harassed me for months even though I documented my correspondence with 1&1. They are the 2 worst companies I have dealt with in 40 years.

LOL they must be making a killing! Arvato have the Google contract for taking payments by Direct Debit on adwords I see recently...

They also chase debts for Webfusion....
