I welcome myself

Hi Guys

It's always strange having to 'stand', well in this case sit, and make and introduction of oneself. It makes you feel all giddy and sweaty. I guess we must all have some form of 'Hello' in order for some stranger to say welcome. These are the strange social times we live in or is it cyber time?..Okay enough banter and here goes:

Hi Guys, Girls and everything else that might be inbetween..humanoid

Just like an AA meeting I'd like to introduce myself. I am Elaine a wordsmith. I am addicted to the written word and thus communication with new (but must be super interesting) people is a must. I am based in Devon and work as a freelance writer. Other than writing stuff I get to enjoy the beaches around as well the lovely landscapes without paying a premium for accommodation.

Okay for once I have managed to run out of words...I think I spent them sweating out the bullets for this intro.

No just kidding! But in a sense I do welcome myself on this forum and I will make myself enjoy the place.

Nice to 'meet you all'. I think nice to acknowledge your existence should be the phrase for online greetings. So 'Nice to Acknowledge your Existence' , hope your couch is as comfy as mine is.

Hi to all the humanoids (i.e guys and gals) that have made me feel welcomed. Argh man guys and gals you all rock. And indeed I am happy to be part of this 'mad'..or shall I say 'sane' house. Still enjoying the couch and the wonderful birds chirping away. Is it wrong to want to go out and 'eat' them or is it simple 'insanity'.

How does it make you feel when you see this?, i know i get most irritated by it, i think it's something to do with my age ( or so my son tells me)

Anyway, welcome aboard , i am also fairly new here, but i have to say i have found it to be a great place so far.
