Yes I can but a lot of people here seem to use gmail or hotmail.

I have just banned mail.ru

On a large board that I run, anybody registering from a free email address is put in group called ANONYMOUS MEMBER's and are very restricted (eg can't start topics) until they introduce themselves properly.
