Question Joomla! help required...

I know a lot about Joomla but theres one function I need and I cant seem to find a decent extension that does the job I want. I want users to be able to upload/download files...

Ive tried 'ReMOSitory' which in my opinion is very underdeveloped and not particularly user frindly and 'DOCMan' which is riddled with bugs and no active development team... Does anyone know of any alternatives. I need something with all of the features of ReMOSitory and the front / backend of DOCMan...

Anyone got any ideas? Or had any experience with either extn?

Rich

Have you tried suppository? From my experience, it usually does the trick at the back end. "Butt" be careful, it tends to download at a rapid rate.

Sorry, I'm pished. will stop now

Thumbs up Answer for file management

we have used various versions of this extension on numerous sites and with a little play you can make even more use of its functions!

have not found anything else that really has it all

hope this solves your issue
