when you buy a domain always ask the seller to take the listing off sedo, namedrive etc before you submit payment, once you have paid most of sellers doesnt give a damn and keep it there. thats what has happen to me before.

you should not be using tm domains but when you find a typo with thousands of visites a month, its very hard to stay away from them.

I got some recicling domains, this will help a lot.

I think you become a domainer the momment you buy the first domain with the purpose of selling it, it doesnt matter if is a shitty domain and you never sell it, you tried, and you became a domainer.
