I have already received an offer for this domain through sedo but I was wandering how many people put the domains to auction after an offer? Is there any reason not to do it?

If someone makes an offer for a domain name, can they then make further offers without me making a counter offer? If they can not make any further offer i may as well accept it now. If can make other offer i may wait until the 7 days is near before accepting.

When i first saw it i though auction site but i though the word flog may be too local (is it used all over the UK?)
