Surely you can get round that with mod_proxy? host the site somewhere and proxy the content from the PPC house. Or do they not like that?

Just use the godaddy ".com" voucher "amazon2" for $2 off .coms $7.20 isnt' bad and they have 24/7 phone support that is pretty good. M

Is it still getting good traffic? (Most of those hits are quite old).... The best I have found are old company domains that have been renamed. Would you be willing to donate an MX record to help put a blacklist ?
