We have a collection of domains ranging from PR3-PR6 (about 12-15 domains).

We are looking for someone to take over the development of these.

Some of our domains are high traffic and would generate good adsense income, we just don't have the time to develop them.

Due to the nature of the domains we're not allowed sublet/lease or sell them under the registrar rules, hence why we'd prefer PM. Some domains are ex-governmental department names in the TLD space, and have great inbound links.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who can apply about 50-100 hours to the development of the sites, there's the SEO link-selling aspect plus the adsense/affiliate income. We are not looking for any ongoing share of the revenue from these sites, just the right to have some outbound links on the front pages. In turn you'd have to pay for the upkeep of the domains and hosting in our locality. We will transfer all domains to you when they come up for expiry.
